REFUND policy.

Returns & Exchanges:

Whilst we try to describe our items as accurately as possible, we understand there may be some cases where an item needs to be returned. Our return policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be and in the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and tags still attached). 

Please note that we do not exchange, return or refund any sale items so please ensure all terms and conditions and sizing information is read prior to purchasing. Should you return any items to us that do not meet these terms, you will incur the return postage costs in order to receive your items back.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have to accept "change of mind" items under the ACCC as the Consumer Guarantee.

Return Shipping:

All return shipping is at the cost of the customer, we recommend that you return your items via a trackable postage method. Whiskey Throttle Collective will not be held liable for any return parcels lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to be returned to us via your choice of shipping company. Once we receive your items, we will contact you and advise the parcel has been received. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed and shipping out to you.
